Life time of achievement;
- Member of the Nova Scotia Society of Artists and the Bermuda Society of Artists
- Travelled to Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Philadelphia, New York and Florida selling his paintings.
- Before his death he was the oldest living member of the International Association of Handicapped Artists.
- In 1972 Earl received an honoray Doctor of civil laws agree from st. Francis Xavier University.
- Member of Canadian Paraplegic society
- Two paintings accepted at Pennsylvania Academy of fine arts.
- Guest at the Chicago world fair and sailed in the Bluenose.
- In 1931 Earl studied with George P. Ennis.
- In 1939 Earl met King George VI and queen Elizabeth. Received Christmas cards from them in 1939 and 1959.
